Quand Ollama refuse la connexion ou timeout, call_ollama() bascule automatiquement sur l'API Anthropic (Haiku par défaut). Configurable via ANTHROPIC_API_KEY et ANTHROPIC_FALLBACK_MODEL dans .env.
