Je laisse sortir du Service Madame [PATIENT_1] née le [DATE_NAISS_1], qui a été opéré d'une

fermeture de caecostomie par abord local le 19 septembre 2023. Il s'agissait d'une caecostomie mise en

[MEDECIN] en 2022, dont la gestion à domicile était compliquée en raison de prolapsus récidivants.
