La démo opérationnelle du 2026-05-12 inclut 74 fichiers modifiés
en working tree (NON commités) qui contiennent les fixes critiques
du 11 mai au soir :- 2 étapes LLM dédiées (resume_patient + justification_t2a)
avec prompts dédiés, remplaçant la concaténation OCR brute - Variable dec.justification → dec corrigée
- Recapture ancre Dossier patient (distinctive vs barre URL)
- Support action llm_generate dans pipeline replay + VWB
- Modèle gemma4:31b-cloud retenu (qualité + latence)
- Contournement focus (chat Léa hors focus, navigateur premier plan)
