+## DIAGNOSTIC COMPLET ✅
+- Agent uploads : Fonctionnel (HTTP 200)
+- Server processing : Fonctionnel (déchiffrement OK)  
+- Data storage : 8 sessions stockées correctement
+- Dashboard code : Corrigé et testé
+
+## PROBLÈME IDENTIFIÉ
+Le dashboard actuel (PID 3747293, port 5001) utilise l'ancienne version du code.
+
+## CORRECTION APPLIQUÉE
+Code dans web_dashboard/app.py corrigé pour gérer :
+- Structure mixte : sessions groupées par date + individuelles
+- Screenshots multiples : screenshots/ et shots/
+- Recherche flexible : *.json et */*.json
+
+## TEST VALIDÉ
+Script test_dashboard_sessions_fix.py trouve correctement les 8 sessions.
+
+## ACTION REQUISE
+Redémarrer le dashboard pour appliquer les corrections :

+./run.sh --dashboard
